CANCELLATION POLICY

✨ Booking Fee A non-refundable booking fee of 25% is required to secure your appointment. This fee goes toward your total service price. If you cancel within the allowed time, it will remain as a credit for a future appointment. ✨ Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid additional fees. ✨ Late Cancellations Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged 25% of the total service price (this is in addition to the booking fee and to cover the time I booked out for your services). ✨ No-Shows If you do not show up for your appointment without notice, you will be charged 100% of the total service price. Future bookings will require full prepayment. ✨ Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a late cancellation fee may apply. By booking an appointment, you agree to these policies.
